How are our everyday food choices connected to CO₂ emissions, agricultural practices, and biodiversity?
A workshop organised by the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research (WSL) explored these questions through a three-day supermarket experiment involving nearly 90 participants in Ecuador and Switzerland.
Together with Connor, I designed the display structures, product selection, and typography, creating a cohesive visual and spatial experience that brought the workshop’s themes to life.
